Another motivator is seeing how much you’ve achieved. That’s why in every studio, we have our custom Heart Rate System which you connect to using the SWEAT BAND 1.0 heart-rate monitor. Wearing the Band allows you to track your effort and progress in real-time while you’re pounding the treadmills, tackling the Air Bikes or taking it to the floor with Resistance. You can see all your metrics from calories burned and percentage of maximum heart rate to time in each heart-rate zone including the coveted SWEAT Zone: 80 – 92% of maximum heart rate where your training is most efficient.
