We are bringing TRIB3 workouts to your homes for the very first time – here’s what you need to know.

While most people globally are being restricted to working from home and limiting as much as possible how much they go outside, it is still really important for your emotional and physical wellbeing to stay fit and active. 

That’s why TRIB3 has launched a new series of home-based workouts, streamed live every day from our Instagram pages. TRIB3 at Home is free to everyone, whether you’re currently a TRIB3R or new to the brand, and each live session is led by one of our expert coaches. Find out more here.

The free sessions deliver full body workouts through proven High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) training methods, alternating between periods of high and low-intensity exercises to keep your heart pumping, your muscles working and your body burning calories. Every workout features regressions and adaptions for the exercises featured so that no matter your current fitness level, you can take part.

The TRIB3 workout, whether at home or in studio, is designed to be as inclusive as possible and accessible for all.

Why TRIB3 at home?

TRIB3 recently held its first ever Steel Week at Home, which ran from 23rd March – 29th March 2020. Taking our coveted seven-in-seven challenges and delivering it digitally via our TRIB3 at Home platform, hundreds of people took on this historic challenge. We sweat together, even when physically apart.
