The TRIB3 Warm Up

At TRIB3, we feel that warms up are a little out-dated.
 
Most studies actually contradict each other, when it comes to the best method of preparing our bodies for exercise.
 
Gone are the days of static, scripted stretching of cold muscles, which was widely regarded as the best method.
 
Now with ever evolving concepts, such as Hot Yoga and various other methods of improving flexibility and
 
WE BELIEVE RATHER THAN WARMING UP AS A GROUP… EACH TRAINEE NEEDS THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL PREPARATION
 
There is absolutely NO ONE SIZE FITS ALL!
 
We all ache and have different tight areas and the time before the first bell is the perfect opportunity to do so prepare yourself.
 
We do however suggest certain key areas prior to each session related to the session plan.
 
Although the focus of TRIB3 sessions vary between Upper, Lower and Full Body, certain high impact exercises and the treadmill section at TRIB3 put stress and strain on hip flexors, hamstrings and quadriceps meaning mobility of these areas prior to your session is advised.
